Acceptance of Terms

By logging in or completing a purchase on MeeksWorld.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and to Discord’s Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What We Offer

MeeksWorld.com provides cosmetic and access Discord roles for our community server. We currently offer two products:

• Boosted Perms: a one-time purchase that grants a permanent Discord role. The role remains yours as long as your account is in good standing.
• Premium: a recurring monthly subscription ($7.99/mo) that grants a role while the subscription is active. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current paid period, after which the role is removed.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the plan you select. Prices may change; we will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

Refunds

Refunds are granted at MeeksWorld.com’s sole discretion. A refund results in the immediate removal of the associated Discord role and cancellation of any related subscription. Initiating a chargeback without first requesting a refund through us may be treated as abuse and result in permanent access revocation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, exploit, or misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring purchased roles or account access.
• Violating Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines within our server.
• Any other conduct that MeeksWorld.com deems harmful to the community.

We reserve the right to revoke roles, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations without a refund.

No Warranty

The service is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Discord roles depend on Discord’s platform and API, which are outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that roles will be granted instantaneously under all circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MeeksWorld.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you have questions, reach us in our Discord server.
